Very professional and friendly

12/22/21 I called last night for a morning service,. They called this morning said they were 20 minutes away, he arrived in 15 minutes. Seth F., was very professional and friendly. I showed him what I did in the last 24 hours. He used a big commercial sewer snake and cleared 100 feet of the sewer line. Currently all restrooms are functioning properly. Seth did a great job, he also thoroughly cleaned up the area many thanks.

Now that the work has been completed on October 14, 2020 I want to let your know how pleased I am with your company and particularly with Tyler Charles. I was impressed with his professionalism, dedication, and dependability. In addition, no matter what kind of problem he ran into he reacted calmly, methodically figured out how to solve it, and then patiently and successfully implemented his solution. He and his assistant also were very considerate about the disrupting my home as little as possible while working inside and carefully cleaned up afterward. When someone is jackhammering through my kitchen floor it helps a lot to feel like I'm in good hands.

It's not often that I've experienced craftsmen that are as conscientious, respectful, and courteous as Tyler. I think he is a credit to your company.

Performance Plumbing is the BEST!!!!!! Their office staff is friendly and helpful (no talking to a computer voice)and the technicians are polite and knowledgeable. The work performed is top notch and pricing is competitive. My experience with the company goes back almost 6 years when the owner had a single truck and only a few employees. Joe at JGM did a great job of the install. I was very pleased with the service that I got and I will certainly use him again when I update my other bath. The only minor complaint was getting an initial start date locked down. It was a little slower than I would have liked, but it is because Joe is a hands on person and is not sitting at a desk, he is out making sure that the job gets done right. Since he is out and about, I gave him so room since I was happy with the services. If you use JGM, you can be assured you are going to get quality results. Thanks, Joe, I will call again when I updated the other bath.

Performance Plumbing and their staff are by far the best service you can have the privilege of obtaining for your plumbing needs. I can't thank Mike and his technicians (Ian and Thomas---great by the way) enough for the outstanding job they did removing my old contractor grade fiberglass shower insert and replacing it with an updated unit. Ian and Thomas made this job look easy. I was a bit stressed about having this done and Ian informed me this would be a simple process which he thoroughly explained before executing. I don't normally remember to take the time to thank those that take care of their customers (which I need to do more of) but there was no way I was going to prevent myself from thanking this outstanding company for everything they did. I will absolutely be using them here in the near future. A++++++ organization. Thank you so much!!!!

The whole crew was pleasant to have in my home: they treated each other with kindness and respect.

I had my slab foundation jack-hammered to replace broken and rusty drain pipes underneath my whole house. Chris and Brian's team was so professional the whole week they were here. They showed up on time every day, stayed all day working, always keeping me informed of every step. They tried very hard to keep me happy, by preserving my foyer floor which had sentimental value, leaving by a certain hour, not coming in on weekends, doing their best to keep the dust to a minimum, etc. The whole crew was pleasant to have in my home: they treated each other with kindness and respect, no foul language ever, and did not text or play music or smoke in my home. Even when they accidentally poked a hole in my wall, they came to tell me immediately, and came back after I paid them in full to fix it for me! I would definitely recommend Performance Pipelining!

Wow..most Companies just talk the TALK...PERFORMANCE performed on their promises Performance Plumbing did what they said in a timely and professional manner.  The price was very reasonable and the tech had an excellent manner with his approach in diagnosing and resolve was fast and he explained his process. The technician Mr. Joe was courteous and professional. He came in and looked at the situation and at the initial troubleshooting, it appeared that we may need a 'new' tank replacement. Mr. Joe listened very carefully to our explanation of the issue and what we experienced and because it didn't make sense at first. He went above and beyond to do some further troubleshooting and this led to us having to replace a part versus an entire tank and saved us some money. He did not have the part the day but he came but guaranteed us that he could get it in 24hrs and he did. Mr. Joe explained the problem and what may have caused it and within 24hrs (8/15) had everything working and back in order as if there was never a problem. I highly recommend Performance Plumbing and will call them again if there is a need. P.S. Initial contact with the young lady that took my call was also very friendly and professional.

Very educated and professional plumbing company.

We got a home vacation, had a busted water heater in the attack. Called Performance plumbing and we had Seth at our house in less than an hour to stop the water from leaking down our ceiling. He had been out to our home 2 weeks prior to fixing our garbage disposal. He was so educated on his work, explained everything to me and did not once complain of the 100+ degree temp in our attack. He came back early the following week to install our new water heater. Very educated and professional plumbing company. 5 thumbs up.

It went top notch and I would call Performance anytime for my plumbing needs, they are great and Seth is outstanding, we will ask for Seth every time we need a plumbing problem...GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Our technician was Seth, he did two jobs for us, he replaced a line from the bathroom tub to the main line...he also did a job two weeks later to flush out the washing machine line that was stopped up, he is a great technician and he did both jobs with a minimum of time, he also has a great personality.
